Online client, Bay Area programmer Aibo’s three-month fat loss results.
Our goal is steady fat loss, not aiming for quick results, but maintaining health, strength, and muscle. The approach to fat loss must be sustainable. Aibo seeks not only fitness results but also wants to enhance awareness in fitness. He is very rigorous and insists on fully understanding the reasons and purposes of all details in the plan before following it. So, every step we take is explained to him clearly, understood, and agreed upon before execution. His execution ability is outstanding, and he strictly adheres to the plan for diet and training every day. Even though he was detained in Canada for a month due to visa issues during the fat loss period, he quickly overcame the difficulties himself, followed the plan, and did not compromise on fitness. With such an attitude and determination towards fitness, success is inevitable. We look forward to the results of the next few months, perhaps participating in his first bodybuilding competition this year.

How much can fitness change someone? I see the impact that it had on my friend Paul. After he started exercising routinely, it’s almost as if he’s getting younger in front of my very eyes. He looks a lot happier, a lot more energetic. Fitness also greatly affected his mindset, he began participating in rock climbing, ninja warrior challenges and so on, things that he never would think to try before. In general, he became very open to take risks and trying new things, which is a hard quality to come by for someone his age, but it a quality that greatly improves the quality of living.
